What happens if it rains?
The event will go ahead in wet weather, as long as we are able to run the screening and there is no risk to the audience. Please check the weather forecast in advance and be prepared. It can get chilly even if the weather is fine, bring along a jumper or something warm. If we do have to cancel a screening we will announce it straight away on our facebook page as well as when possible on our website. If we cancel before the screening starts then we will refund 100% of the ticket and booking fee amount. 

Where can I get tickets?
Tickets are available in advance online via our website, or on the door depending on availability. We strongly advise pre-booking particularly for our Drive-In events and Anniversary Screenings. Please also be aware our VIP seating options always sell out so we advise purchase in advance at the screenings where these are available. This summer we will have card payment facilities at all events wherever possible (We say this as it all works on wifi and can only be used where wifi signal is available.)

Can I bring food and drink?
The venues that we are working with that will be providing food and drink for sale at all the screenings, we do not allow the bringing of own food and drink these must be purchased onsite only. We work hard with venues to offer reasonable priced food and drinks, please be aware that prices will differ from venue to venue. 

Can I bring something to sit on?
Yes, by all means feel free to bring any transportable items with you. Outdoor furniture such as collapsible chairs and sun loungers are ideal. Please note it is also worth bringing blankets and even sleeping bags, duvets or cushions for ultimate comfort. But why not save yourself the extra hassle of carrying all that extra stuff with you and book one of our VIP seating options.

Can I bring a dog to the screening?
No, dogs are not permitted at our events out of respect to other audience members. We apologise for any inconvenience. (Guide dogs are welcome when on suitable leads)

Will there be toilet facilities at the screenings?
Yes, all screenings will have toilet facilities.

Can I bring children?
Children are permitted at our events, but please be aware that they must adhere to the films certification and our ushers have to check to make sure that all audience members are the suitable age to see the film.

Will there be food and drink available at the screening?
Yes, we will have a licensed bar and food stalls at each event, please check each event for the food and drink available at that event on specific nights.

What if I forget my ticket?
All audience members including children must have a valid ticket. Unfortunately Cinestock cannot be responsible for lost tickets, a list of all online bought tickets will be held at the gate of every screening so we can check bookings, you must bring your ticket print out from our online ticket supplier, if you have lost tickets please make sure to print them off again or bring your email confirmation with you on your phone. Worse case if you have a ticket related issue, please make sure to contact us via the contact us form on the website to let us know. 

Will there be subtitles/Audio Description?
No

Is there wheelchair access?
Yes but please inform us in advance if you require wheelchair entry and exit and we will ensure you are looked after. Some of our venues will have restricted disabled toilet access, please contact us in advance of purchase to make sure the venue on the night in question suits your needs.

Sound and Visual recording of the film is ILLEGAL.

Please leave quietly at the end of the event out of consideration to nearby residents, and place all litter in the bins provided on the way out.
